Leadership is nonexistent. Sr partner uses office funds to support and pay nonworking family members. Regular employees are overworked and taken advantage of. It is difficult to advance. No performance raises given and no COLA increases. What you start at is what you get, period.
Expectex to work overtime with no compensation or earned time off.

Long hours, outside off comutes sometimes 2 hours one way! Me a spirited environment. Low pay, no appreciation for the individual
