Suggestions for improvement
- Good employees are difficult to find and even more difficult to keep. Finding a way to keep good folks during difficult times is essential to keeping clients as well as the staff.

Interesting work and terrific folks to work with
I dislike about the employer
Too many internal politics and employment is very uncertain since the loss of a client can mean the loss of staff. There's no margin for error.
