Suggestions for improvement
- Be more upfront with candidates for employment on the chance of being kept on after the seasonal position is over. Having all necessary paperwork on the first day of training instead of making apologies for paperwork not printed yet, but would be ready after class.

Location and hours.
I dislike about the employer
Thrown into a position with very little training. It took over 2 months for them to set me up with all the computer programs needed to do my job properly. During training employees are led to believe that when job assignment is done they would have a very good chance of being placed in another position/department.Let 95% of the seasonal employees go when assignment ends without offering another position.
