Suggestions for improvement
- Encourage continuing education and training by providing a variety of offerings or communications as such to employees. Also, better compensate those folks who are doing the lions share of work, without them asking would be great.
What I like about the company
Very rewarding job. Good management and structured work place.
What I dislike about the company
I'm not working there anymore, and if I were they wouldn't be paying a competitive wage for my services. Hopefully they've improved in that area. Also, they don't encourage continued education or promote an training program.
