Suggestions for improvement
- Provide better communication from Central to Departments, get feedback/input from people doing the work prior to implementing changes, refrain from using expensive consultants when talent can be found within organization, provide more managerial training for workers to ensure success prior to promotions into the manager level, find a balance between centralized/decentralized environment instead of extreme swings in each direction.
What I like about the company
Intellectual atmosphere, nice people dedicated to their work, good work/life balance, opportunity to continue learning.
What I dislike about the company
Communication is not always great, constant push/pull between centralized/decentralized environment, lack of training for managers prior to promotion.
