Too many silos - trust and communications between departments would help.
The highly competitive nature of the organization doesn't foster teamwork
Key information is not readily shared among departments and functions, creating inefficiencies and a waste of time and energy.
Work-life balance is a plus. Can't beat half days on Fridays in the Summer!

- Encourage more open communications from upper management and between departments and functional areas.
