What I like about the company

What I dislike about the company
As an RMO we work extremely hard getting merchandise in floor. But we are not j cliffs in any company benefits to speak of. We as a department are always told sorry you don't qualify. We have to furnish cell phones and use our data, use our cars and the per diem isn't market, we have to print and the amount we get back is no where near cost, our pay increase and bonuses are never the same as corporate. The pay is well below market.
