Senior Management needs training
Support from management
Unfair group with favoritism shown to some while others were targeted and harassed.
Not a supportive team.
Freedom to work independently
Each sales person had a heavy load and a lot of responsibilities. You could not complete your job working independently.
Improvements have been made still only 3 stars
Very few men worked outside of Operations.
Overall compensation for your work
Very low pay for the level of responsibility.
Office / Work Environment
A lot of Cattiness, it is a very immature group.
Rarely worked weekends but a lot of long nights and still there was always more work to be completed.
Little sister to Ridgewells.
They push people out or move them to different locations when they are ready for people to leave.
Multi-tasking every day fro the beginning to end of day. Answering a constantly ringing phone, taking walk-ins, reading and answering emails, coordinating with vendors, daily meetings, updating room sets, selecting linens, walk throughs, creating event orders and answering constant questions from staff
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire a competent, experienced executive team.
What I like about the company
Not working weekends. The service staff is experienced and mostly professional. Efforts were being made to improve the environment. Great health care benefits.
What I dislike about the company
Little effort made or attention given for hard work. Too much unfair treatment of employees.
