Suggestions for improvement
- Appreciate the sales associates more because no one gets paid until furniture is sold. Quit taking money out of our pockets by increasing goals year after year. It has to stop sometime. This is how the corporate officers get their huge salaries by sticking it to the salespeople.

Family owned and operated and now publicly traded on the NYSE
What I dislike about the company
As a straight commission salesperson, corporate continuously keeps raising the quotas to ensure it is harder and harder to make a good living.
