Suggestions for improvement
- Corporate needs to care more about employees ability to earn and reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction and loyalty. When the CEO gets a $1 MILLION annual bonus and the sales people are struggling to make a living, it creates a very negative atmosphere. Corporate makes a lot of promises that they have no intention of keeping and tells new employees that they can make a lot of money when it is not true. Few do and those work a LOT of hours.
What I like about the company
I am a interior designer and they have a lot of custom furniture options, more all the time. Their computer system is really well designed, user friendly, cutting edge, programs to help customers visualize their rooms.
