- Hire a more professional office administrator that knows how to bring the staff together instead of pitting them against each other.

I dislike about the employer
Bad management. Office Administrator is condescending, unprofessional, open favoritism and likes to intimidate staff to keep them in line. Have no problem humiliating you in front of others. Upper management ignores staff complaints and looks the other way.
