Lack of support from department leaders. Many have tenure and alliances within their groups so that it is hard for them to be held accountable when mistakes are made.
Overall Compensation for your work
Wide gap in pay throughout this company- very good pay to very low pay.
Suggestions for improvement
- A leader and senior staff should take the time to converse with employees as often as possible. Get to really know most of these folks.. This is a not for profit business some are volunteers others are on calls and many work a lot of weekends. Please recognize and respect this fact.
