This is the only thing they did well. The employees are half Hispanic and half Caucasian. Thanksgiving is always a Hispanic based meal and Christmas is always an "American" meal. Prays were said in English and Spanish. All players were friendly and supportive and the production supervisors treated their plant employees and compounders very well
Support from management
Supervisor walks over ppl. Admits to thinking she is of more value than the rest of us and any work we do, the credit will be taken by her, even when the reward for the job is a monetary bonus
The Dept had 2 of us. She always would "shoot the bull" with the other employee. When I knocked on her door after waiting 3 months for her to find time for me, I had to knock 3xs and I could hear her playing a game on her phone
Freedom to work independently
I had specific tasks bc of production batches needing approval, but other tasks were done when I found time and got to it. No rush in anything.
Overall compensation for your work
Compensation good, benefits are pretty bad. A prescription discount card saved me more money on prescription than the insurance and all copays were Increased compared to my other jobs and insurance experience. Also they claim in-house to be meet goals but in actuality their stock has been a steady decline for a couple years
I was ostracized forpointing out violations to OSHA regulations. I thought they'd want to know and make a chance since the EHS employee was doing nothing ab updates. I ended up being paranoid and pushed into quitting bc once I pointed out the unsafe incidents, my manager started saying I was a poor employee who is not right for the position.
The following benefits were offered to me
