Good people, horriable pay rates and unfair holiday pay policies.
Support from management
They come through occasionally.
Freedom to work independently
A lot of work you can do by yourself.
Communication is decent.
There are no problems with this.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Respect is very clear.
There are a few opportunities but you really have to jump on them to make it work.
Overall compensation for your work
Gimmicky point system.
Office / Work Environment
Clean but, equipment is old and nearly outdated.
It could be horribly bad because of lack of employees.
They provide mission statement and goals and overall their plans seems sound.
Doesn't seem you'll get laid off or fired anytime.
This is a safe place.
A lot of repetition, a lot of grumpy patients.
Inclusive / Diverse
They have a very diverse staff.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fix pay rates (minimum wage is theorized to increase to $15 an hour by 2023) give holiday pay to all employees. This will increase employee retention rate and over all employee contentment. May even increase attitude and work ethic.
What I like about the company
They are helpful and friendly. They also try to solve problems when they are presented.
What I dislike about the company
Unfair pay rates (under paid/no holiday pay).
