Support from management
Directors and Supervisors don't listen to workers just tell us what to do and add more and more work.
All talk, but had to pull nails to get help, even when I went to work sick.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire better directors who backup their employees, and know the job themselves.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
As an individual, you don't get raises based on performance it's all everyone gets it or no one does and the amount given is literally 25 cents a year if that.
