Some supervisors are fine, most have a history of not commending employees. While the environment is fair enough, there is a lack of trust.
Support from Management
Leaders typically don't care about their employees. Employees are view as tools to get the job done.
While groups tend to work well together, as long as the work remains within the group. Different groups typically don't work well with each other.
