Suggestions for improvement
- I like the path the company is on. We are growing, but we still stay true to our roots and core values.
They try to instill a culture where it's perception is to be the best but it's more of dog eat dog. It is further cultivated by the executive team.
There really isn't a great deal of support by executive team. Their words and actions contradict themselves.
As a whole, everyone works great together.
There is no job security. They offer two choices, resignation or termination not because of failure or unable to do the work. It's offered at the whim of the supervisors.
