Suggestions for improvement
- Train your staff, Knowledge transfer is more than one meeting, Lean and force employees with knowledge and experience to help and train and ensure a smooth transition. Start ups are typically fun and scary rarely organized but the people are what you depend on in the beginning they should know the importance of leadership and mentoring new employees. In the beginning the it is all about the people and avoiding turnover. Stop trying to be big enjoy being the small guy.
What I like about the company
New technology, You are working with newest and greatest.
What I dislike about the company
Start up, Unstable and no direction or leadership. Hard to get trained and you are tossed in the fire quickly. Staff is not a team and work for themselves, No knowledge transfer, The exception is set so that you walk in and have to know the product or day to day task as well as people who have been there 5+ years without documentation or training no value placed on grooming or mentoring
