Support from management
Management is very unprofessional and do not care much for their employees
Freedom to work independently
There is favoritism and if you're not a favorite you will have a work load assigned to you
Overall compensation for your work
South Florida is an expensive state to reside in. This company only pays about 8.25 and 10 if you have a college degree..... How can they expect anyone to survive.. Only
Perk of there is a lot of overtime hours available. But what kind of life will you be living if your working almost 80 hours a week to make ends meet!!!
Office / Work Environment
Clients are very aggressive. So be ready to get knocked around a few thousand times throughout your shift.
Nooooo benefits. Only thing you'll get is 1 week vacation after working a full year. If u need a day off you're gonna have to find someone to cover your shift. Don't even think about calling out, there isn't any sick hours provided.....
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay employees more. Readjust benefits. Give sick hours, let time off accused throughout the time of being employed opposed to having to wait a full year in order to take a vacation.
