The leadership of this company is severely lacking. In 2013 they had over 150 employees. They are down to less than 30, and they are losing contracts and business left and right and they don't replace anyone that leaves.
Level of Autonomy
This company is severely micromanaged by the CEO, COO and The Sr Director of HR. If you try to have an original idea and don't agree with them you will be gone without warning.
