I gave culture a 1 only because 0 wasn't available.
Support from management
The leadership of this company is severely lacking. In 2013 they had over 150 employees. They are down to less than 30, and they are losing contracts and business left and right and they don't replace anyone that leaves.
Freedom to work independently
This company is severely micromanaged by the CEO, COO and The Sr Director of HR. If you try to have an original idea and don't agree with them you will be gone without warning.
Communication was non existent and leadership seem to thrive on knowing the rumor mill was running rampant.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They didn't look at anyone older; however they were diverse to other cultures.
Office / Work Environment
It was stressful to say the least. HR tried to get exempt employees to try and clock in and out and account for every minute of the day.
It was sold to new candidates that it was a "fun" environment with flexible arrangements, but the day the person started it was anything but. They signed on several people that had over an hour commute, but because the CEO had over an hour commute she would say because she did it the others could do it. By the time I left she was only working in the office one day a week.
Suggestions for improvement
