Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to your employees and do not let the threat of upper management make you do the wrong thing. Allow employees to defend themselves when accusations are made against them, and do not take other people's word as gold. There are 3 sides to every story, his, hers and what actually happened.
I like about the employer
The benefits, employees, and location to home was amazing.
I dislike about the employer
If you stood out in anyway, your head ended up on the chopping block. I was let go because a new director did not like the fact I had the same amount of education as he did. He was slick and used something I had been allowed to do previously against me as a fire-able offense.
