Suggestions for improvement
- Training of management on how to deal with employees that aren't doing their job properly.
What I like about the company
They are very understanding and work with me when it comes to doctors appointments and such.
What I dislike about the company
Management can be a bit disconnected sometimes. Instead of addressing an issue with an individual causing a problem a general email is sent to the entire department which doesn't solve the issue.
