Suggestions for improvement
- When a new payor is introduced or changes to a process, provide an opportunity during a team 1:1 to go over the changes and not rely on just an email or hand-out. 10 individuals going to the team supervisor with the same questions throughout the day or different questions others might not have thought of could be shared or addressed in one meeting and more productive.
I like about the employer
The new RAP program sounds promising. Having the ability to work from home would help cut down on the commuting expenses and lunch expenses.
