- Flatten the growing layers of management. Too many leaders and need more workers
Fair pay, nice perks from the Cares Crew
Communication is a joke. Promises in the initial interview were not fulfilled or kept
I joined the company as a 90 day temp and then was supposed to be hired as a permanent employee with health benefits and a raise in pay. After 120 days, I was called at home and laid off with no severance or notice. One week later I applied and got a different position at the same pay as the temp salary and waited another 60 days for health benefits. Very disappointing.
