Suggestions for improvement
- The amount of vacation time allotted for new employees could be increased
The CEO is wonderful he makes everyone he comes in contact with feel appreciated.
There is no support from management. Half of management don’t like one another and it reflects in their work. You have management who have no understanding of their job whatsoever.
Micromanaged BIG TIME
Communication is horrible depending on the department.
People individually ten to work together
Management is rather deficient
Not a well trained staff making it hard to have good teamwork
This varies depending on who you work for. Usually care about deliverables, often unrealistic deadlines are set and locked in without any understanding of what this entails.
