Attitude towards older colleagues
I was Temp-Perm twice and one time I was placed in a CS role, after my Temp position expired with a lesser amt. of pay of over $3.50 an hour, which was horrible and this time, after being let go on 1/31/2017, there were no positions available, so I'm still unemployed as of 3/23/2017, which is not good at all!
Overall compensation for your work
No benefits for Temp-Perm and only an hourly salary with no commission and a night differential if you work late hours .
Office / Work Environment
I don't know of any!
It's ok, but many disappoints, as shifting even full time employees around, as they never know where they would be needed, hence training all over again and for some of my friends that are perm there, 3 months of training is a bit ludicrous!

Suggestions for improvement
- Keep people in the same departments and make sure there are adequate jobs for Temp-Perm, as if you do an awesome job, you should be recognized and assigned to a permanent position. Some employees never know if they'll have a job or not within the next few months.
What I like about the company
The friendliness of most people.
What I dislike about the company
Shifting from dept. to dept. and never knowing if you have a position available, or if you'll be out of work. I was let go after Open Enrollment, with no place to put me.
