Suggestions for improvement
- Employee appreciation would be the first aspect. Half of the staff gets recognition and thanks while the rest of us are forgotten about. Also an increase in compensation for added responsibility would go a long way for employee satisfaction. It is difficult to make the public happy when we are trudging along just trying to keep our heads above water.
What I like about the company
The best aspect about working for my company is my co-workers. We try to create a feeling of family. Sadly management treats us like indentured servants that should be grateful to have a job. It is like a "do this and be happy about it" culture that has been increasingly worse over time.
What I dislike about the company
Giving us more and more work and responsibility without compensation.
