Support from Management
Promised consulting opportunities but only "directors" were allowed to ever be on site. Meaningless reports and client calls were a waste of time.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire knowledge staff with real world experience, trust staff you do hire and be flexible! Not a company for a family person who needs flexibility.
What I like about the company
Early Fridays if you put in 40 hrs by 330.
What I dislike about the company
Poor communication, in 9 months I was there, structure changed multiple times, young employees with little to no Healthcare experience but yet expected to be "experts" for research, and direct leadership was belittling to team.
