The supervisors rarely commend the staff. The company states that there should be an open door policy. However the staff does not feel comfortable to go to administration with concerns. When concerns are presented to administration nothing is done about the concern.
Support from management
The floor supervisor was somewhat versed in each department and expected to do above and beyond her/his duties. The clinical supervisor had very little knowledge of the speciality departments. They would give orders but not having full understanding of the departments and their working make it hard to carry out their orders.
In general the staff is able to work well together
Freedom to work independently
There is generally more work and expected completion than the day allows.the staff has little say in what they are required to do.
At one time there was much better communication re: what is really going on in the company vs. a picture being painted that all is well.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The senior workers do not appear to be valued or appreciated. Long serving colleagues need to be recognized.
Overall compensation for your work
The wages do not match the responsibility. The company pays less than other companies with same or equal job responsibility. Pay is timely. Benefits( pay increases) lacking
Office / Work Environment
The computer program is outdated. The walls are VERY thin. Lack of privacy for the patients.
The social / environmental climate is not the best. The company seems to be more concerned with monetary gain.
Vacations can be taken as long as there is staff coverage. Which at times is left up to the staff to work out. That should be a management duty. And should be done in a timely manner. The work hours are within normal scale. Yes family issues are considered. No management sets working hours.
This is an at will company. Therefore ther is really no job security
When a task given,completed in a timely manner the staff member should be proud of their work. It would be appreciated if the words, "Thank you" were voiced more often.

It really does not appear that diversity is part of the company goals.
What I like about the company
Opportunity to learn from providers.
What I dislike about the company
Staff needs to be better utilized. Receptionist working in the proper area. Nursing staff working as nurses not answering telephone calls.
