Controlling & disrespect of employee's personal time (no lunch, working saturdays & holiday) & no freedom of speech. Treat employees like grade school.
It is safe just how the mgmt treat its employee

- Change the upper management heads, bring in someone fair
I like about the employer
I like everything about it before but lately things have changed
I dislike about the employer
There's no life-work balance anymore, we have to work saturdays and holiday too without extra pay. We can't reason out to supervisor if we're bullied. They put you in a meeting at your lunch time and expect to work 10-11 hrs a day...HR won't do anything about it. So many important role people just quit becoz they can't take the mal treatment.
