Suggestions for improvement
- A middle person to communicate with management the concerns of the employees being that there is not a union. I would hire mangers that are more competent with the work that they are hired to over-see and understand the culture of the product this company is invested in and not just for management without the culture of the product.
What I like about the company
This company offer positions that allow you to work remotely from home. They pay a portion of your internet service. They offer excellent benefits and PTO. HR is awesome in this company. Any questions or problems that you may arise they are readily available to assist you. They offer online training sections via skype and other go to meetings.
What I dislike about the company
Management can be better and there is no union to protect you. There is a large turnover of management. I think that they need to hire more management so the work loads would not be so over whelming to them; this would slow down management leaving after a short time. Also they need to have management classes so that they can better communicate with their team. There seem to be a lot of tension between management with the employees which can make the work environment stuffy, even if your not in the office.
The workers are always on edge and feel their jobs are in jeopardy. There is no liaison or union to protect you. I think it would be good if there was a representative of the company to be available to dissolve unhealthy working conditions in some departments. Need to listen to the ideas and needs of the employees to make it a healthy work environment.
