Suggestions for improvement
- I feel the company could offer more job training, especially to the administrative staff.
There is no culture.
Many supervisors have no idea what their direct-reports do, which poses a problem when performance reviews come around. How can you judge someone's performance properly when you completely divorced from your subordinates' work?
In my department, everyone is in their own little world. You can work next to someone and have no idea what they accomplish in a day.
