Suggestions for improvement
- Changing vision for company every quarter helps no one. Pick a path and stick with it.
They try to pretend like they have an employee centered focus but they are really productivity driven.
Huge company-very difficult to know who to contact with questions about anything.
After enticing me to stay with a two year retention bonus, they laid me off (because they ran out of work) 2 months before the final pay out was due. When I inquired if I would get the bonus since I completed my end of the agreement by staying for two years (and turning down other job offers) they said no and would not pay out the bonus.
There is no culture
No support whatsoever and lack of communication.
You work by yourself
You never know when you are going to work again and sometimes you don't get any hours for months and months.
You definitely will not be able to do this job if you are a handicap because you will need to carry around your equipment that weighs 45 lbs.
