Suggestions for improvement
- The culture is one of a dictatorship among the legal and operational leader. It's their way or the highway in every case. The CEO needs to replace them with leadership that knows how to manage people as well as a balance sheet.
What I like about the company
The team of co-workers are simply trapped and work together as best as possible considering the work environment. The wellness concept is a great industry.
What I dislike about the company
Senior management is grossly inept and immersed in constant conflict of what direction the company should go. They seriously lack the knowledge and funding needed to grow the company at any relevant scale. Their client attrition is among the worst in the industry and as long as the leadership team can influence and manipulate their genius of a CEO, the company will continue to flail.
