Suggestions for improvement
- Put technology first. Do a complete overhaul of your senior management. Do more to attract and keep good talent.
What I like about the company
Great name recognition, big corporation and therefore lots of different divisions and products to work with.
What I dislike about the company
Culture of rewarding sycophants with little talent, in a hostile and finger-pointing environment. Publishing as an industry is dying so lots of instability, reorgs and layoffs. Senior management is largely inept and is a cause for driving the good talent away.
