Suggestions for improvement

  • I think everything as of right now is great.

What I like about the company

Extremely nice and helpful co-workers and people within the company, willing to help you in anyway to succeed as they want the company to succeed. They are also always looking out for your best interest.

What I dislike about the company

I think some of the structure in departments could be re-thought

Suggestions for improvement

  • Put technology first. Do a complete overhaul of your senior management. Do more to attract and keep good talent.

What I like about the company

Great name recognition, big corporation and therefore lots of different divisions and products to work with.

What I dislike about the company

Culture of rewarding sycophants with little talent, in a hostile and finger-pointing environment. Publishing as an industry is dying so lots of instability, reorgs and layoffs. Senior management is largely inept and is a cause for driving the good talent away.
