Suggestions for improvement
- Need to learn to value older veterans.
There are cultures within individual teams, but it never felt like we were all part of the same company
They try really hard to manage unmanageable expectations.
Teams are pretty solid, and seem to have each other's backs.
I was bombarded with conflicting and irrelevant information on a daily basis, which made it more difficult to find the things I needed to pay attention to.
For the majority of my 5 years at Hearst I was very Happy with the Management Team, but changes made in 2016 in Management were the reason for my resignation.
