Suggestions for improvement
- Employees that have been there for a long period of time would use the owner as a club. The threat of going to Peter when a decision was made that someone did not like needs to be stopped. HR should do their jobs and investigate issues instead of listening to the chatter and buying into it. HR should also be aware they should not discuss any personnel with the persons coworkers as those comments have a way of getting back to the original individual.
I like about the employer
The work was challenging. Was never bored.
