Suggestions for improvement
- There should always be management reserve set aside in the overall salary budget to compensate for higher salaries for new and highly qualified human capital.
What I like about the company
It's a great start for me as I transitioned from active duty military service to the civilian world.
What I dislike about the company
No room for advancement and pay is reasonable, doesn't take into account the experience, knowledge, training, and overall background into consideration when negotiating salary.
