Support from Management
I watched as they second guess every decision that get made. They are great Monday morning quarterback. But they never offer any help up front.
Suggestions for improvement
- Recognize they are manufacturing not the end user. They don't get it!
What I like about the company
I grew in a lot of ways while I was there.
What I dislike about the company
Culture of blame. Always looking to blame someone! I didn't get any blame and left on great terms. But I watched as they literally destroyed many lives. Stay away... Don't go or you will find out what I mean.
