They try to cover up everything that isn't going well. Not only that but don't lead by example. For instance most salary positioned employees show up late, take an hour lunch and leave early.
Men get paid higher than the females even with less education and no certifications.
Does not comply withOSHA standards
Staff makes comments that do not fit the equal opportunity employer conduct but if brought up, hr will not support you.
