Suggestions for improvement
- Promote the job security because it felt led on to a continuing career especially when someone does so much for it. It felt like things that kept the company stable were depleting and nobody is coming up with new ideas. If your going to let someone go on good conditions give them notice in advance instead of that same day. Its highly embarrassing to say goodbye to people you work with randomly on good conditions.
- Have more vision in to new projects, and don't just focus on one thing to improve. Be open to expand.
I like about the employer
The flexible hours and co-workers were great I had a pleasure of getting to know them. Coming from the military I met new people and experience different cultures.
