Support from management
Lack of training, turn over was high, in my opinion not qualified for the job.
Suggestions for improvement
- Not hearing fellow employees voice in regard to their management during the time myself and nurses, complaints.
What I like about the company
I had enjoyment working with the client over the phone getting to know them. Interaction with the nurses. Satisfaction in helping others.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of communication with management
