Suggestions for improvement
- Hire quality managers, give them a salary worth staying around for. Every department should be autonomous stop the micromanaging.
What I like about the company
In the beginning Help was pretty fair but with new management comes new people trying to reinvent the wheel. I worker in one of the best location and it ran like a well oiled machine until a first time executive director came with a bunch of new ideas that did not work. Needless to say the whole management staff left and the place is pretty much in shambles now. Moral of the story if it is working at peak performance leave it alone.
