Suggestions for improvement
- Look at a more big picture promotion theory, find the people who put in the grunt work, who help on a day to day basis, who care about the team, instead of basing it completely on production.
What I like about the company
The team I work with is much more like a family than the other teams in other dealership, always willing to help out. My manager is very direct, but will back his people to the wall when they are in the right.
What I dislike about the company
Promoting people based strictly on production instead of looking at the whole package (helping out with daily tasks, honesty, team player)
Pay scale could use some work
