The facility is extraordinary. There is no reason to feel uncomfortable.
The company recycles various raw materials and are very conscious of it.
The company set short hours for employees but, the schedule is only a suggestion as to meet quotas you have to work uncomfortable hours.
The challenge to the work is getting teammates involved to see the transactions run smoothly.

- Management needs to be inclusive and attentive. See to it that employee issues are handled correctly.
What I like about the company
The overall environment is nice. The facility is great and the company truly cares about its customers, even going so far as to call them guests. The company offers free health care to single employees.
What I dislike about the company
The company is not abreast of what happens at each dealership. It feels as though there is no accountability. It feels though the company has turned a blind eye as they brought in upper management that seemingly collude the ensure employees do not get paid what they are worth.
