- remove all long time senior management
Manager recognizes my efforts and accomplishment, the director of our division does not talk to people
My manager is great, fair and understanding. The director of our division is an introvert and will not address issues directly.
my team members communicate openly and honestly
Quarterly "all-hands" meetings are held
Women are not equal. There is not advancement unless you are male
