Suggestions for improvement
- Giving the employees information about how the company is functioning
Good middle management support
Work well within their department/team
Communication had improved. Administration was trying to be more transparent
Women and men treated equally. If there are HR issues, HR will go with diversity.
Administration has more awareness and willing to do more than employees
They have been trying to work on this for years. Was proud to be level 1 trauma center and employees with direct patient care
Work fairness and trust varies between the different departments.
Inter-departmental management was more supportive than hospital management.
Departmental communication is very good. Hospital wide communication is also very good. However, upper management communication gives mixed messages.
Many women in management. When applying for a job, years of experience does not override level of education.
