No on the job training. Watched me for 3 min and that was it
Suggestions for improvement
- Some way to keep track of pay occurred, time off ,write ups
- Stop the favoritism, when raises are promised give them or at least make them retroactive when late. Give training. Not just 5 min or less. I understand the need for speed. But training would help improve that. Go over the rules with new people so there is no confusion on rt of ways and common sense, some people have to be told because they have none. Go over all processes with new employees. Treat people the way you want to be treated when it comes to the emportance of family matters. Its a cold storage facility. Give 1 sick day a mo. Or 9 to 12 a year . Battery powered heating clothing.
