- Individual employee recognition, benefits including wage increases, health insurance, at least matching 401k.
What I like about the company
I am able to have a source of income to survive, employees and managment are easy to get along with most days.
What I dislike about the company
No health or retirement benefits or wage increases, usually weekly sales based wage structure, no training provided for staff
