No support. Supervisor and Boss relied too much on each other, therefore you couldn't go to the boss about the supervisor.
No one wants to share any knowledge that they have. It's like "Make it or break it on your own."
Training in position was nill. And don't ask questions, all that will get you is snide remarks and no instruction.
If you weren't part of the cliche, you didn't fit.
