Suggestions for improvement
- I would not put as much emphasis on administration to base decisions significantly as they relate to “the bottom” line. It creates the disconnect where administration doesn’t support the clinicians and due to financial incentives for having a “healthy” bottom line, clinicians are forced to do more with less and less all the time without any financial compensation or significant support from the administrative side.
What I like about the company
Enjoyable place to work due to ability to do a variety of different tasks throughout the work week.
