Suggestions for improvement
Henry Ford has good employees who want to be a part of a successful organization and work hard to do their part.
Management does not communicate. You see change but you never know why. Although it could be positive change you still know nothing. It seems patient advocates are looked upon as phone people and that's it. If the jobs we do are important then show us.
