Suggestions for improvement
- Having the appropriate amount of staff to get the job done safely
Friendly, welcoming with a strong sense of commitment by most.
Goals constantly shift. Patient care, safety, employee satisfaction, PLUS staffing levels need to be looked at as a total picture.
Communicating with honesty has improved as Management has increased addressing employees with problem attitudes.
Great teamwork can be seen on a daily basis.
Non-nursing staff have the respect from leadership to work autonomously. Expectations are clear but allows room for professional judgement.
The company culture is one of support for the employee as well as the patient
While the expectations are real and the goals are clear, the decision making process is left to the higher ups
Colleagues must work well together to provide the best patient care. The interactions are direct and honest
As a patient sitter I'm left alone with patients for hours at a time. I'm trusted to complete my portion of the patient care on my own
