I do a job that makes a difference and I truly believe the leadership cares about its employees and doing what's best for the patient. It is difficult to balance business with healing but Henry Ford does a great job of it. O feel appreciated for the hard work I do and have security in my job

Hiring and not weeding out those that cannot or will not perform. Inconsistent training procedures. Schedules not posted at regular intervals and vacation time approval is slow. Hiring family within the same department.
I love how personable everyone In my department has been. They always seem to care for you and ask about you if you need something. It also feels good to be able to help patients if they are nervous or scared before surgery. It’s refreshing to be able to be personable with so many people, employees and patients, and have an amazing work environment.
